Security, Data Integrity & Architectural Assurance
Regulated institutions cannot compromise on data sovereignty, audit defensibility, or decision ownership. Here is how Wissda protects your systems and data at every step.

Client operational records, regulatory text, and assessment findings are never used to train public or foundational models. API calls operate under zero-data-retention (ZDR) agreements where inputs and inferences are purged immediately after execution.
For sensitive banking and healthcare workflows, Wissda agents deploy directly inside your dedicated AWS, Azure, or private cloud VPC. Credentials, keys, and session tokens remain within your enterprise perimeter.
Agents do not publish ratings, modify core records, or submit regulatory filings autonomously. All outputs are presented as structured drafts with cited evidence, requiring human reviewer sign-off before being committed.
Every step in an agent run—from the raw evidence ingested to the tools invoked and rules evaluated—is cryptographically hashed and recorded alongside the record in ServiceNow IRM, ensuring external examiners can verify historical logic years later.
A dedicated evaluation agent runs automated regression tests against expert-curated benchmark datasets. Drift in reasoning accuracy or changes in external model behaviors are caught prior to production workflow execution.
Data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3 with forward secrecy. Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256 using customer-managed KMS keys (AWS KMS / Azure Key Vault) so clients retain cryptographic ownership of their data.
Wissda maintains a dedicated internal security operations workflow. We welcome responsible security reports from researchers, partners, and enterprise customers.
