1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at wissda.com and any associated advisory, engineering, and platform services provided by Wissda Inc. and its affiliates ("Wissda", "we", "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Enterprise Services & Forward Deployed Engineering
Wissda provides ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) consulting, autonomous compliance agent implementation, and Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) services. Specific project deliverables, acceptance criteria, milestone timelines, and service levels are defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) executed between Wissda and client entities.
3. Intellectual Property & Data Rights
Clients retain all ownership, title, and intellectual property rights in and to their proprietary data, records, compliance frameworks, and internal systems. Wissda retains all rights in its pre-existing agent libraries, verification tooling, and trust layer runtime software. Neither party uses the other's intellectual property except as explicitly granted under executed service agreements.
4. Confidentiality & Security
Wissda adheres to strict enterprise confidentiality standards. All sensitive business materials, system credentials, and workflow configurations shared during evaluations or deployments are held in strict confidence and protected using industry-standard technical and organizational measures.
5. AI Model Governance & Decision Authority
Wissda AI agents are designed as decision-support and workflow automation accelerators. In accordance with human-in-the-loop governance principles, final authority, approval, and responsibility for regulatory filings, assessment scores, and control ratings remain with authorized client personnel.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
